How to use

For best results, use the foot file wet or dry, or after treating feet with Nature Strong Soft & Gone Callus Softener. Start with the coarse (80-grit) strip to tackle rough spots like calluses, then switch to the medium (120-grit) strip to polish things off. Finish with Nature Strong Smooth It Out Hand & Foot Scrub for their softest feet yet. To remove old grit strips, grasp the strip near the thumb depression and peel off. Wash the file and remove any excess adhesive, then disinfect and dry. To apply new strips, peel off the protective backing and press the strips onto the foot file using firm, even pressure.
